Fennia Palace

Responsible Gambling

Information and tools for keeping gaming within personal limits.

Our approach

Fennia Palace runs under Finnish regulatory requirements. Gaming is for persons aged eighteen and over. ID is checked at the gaming-floor entrance. Staff are trained to spot problem-play signals and point guests to available support.

Tools available at the property

At the host desk you can request:

These tools cost nothing and are open to any guest on the gaming floor.

Self-exclusion

Guests wanting to step away from the gaming floor for a set period can arrange it at the host desk or by written request to the property. Once active, the exclusion bars entry to gaming areas for the stated duration. Room stays continue unless the guest also asks for a full property exclusion.

Helplines and support

If you or someone you know needs help with gambling-related concerns, these national resources operate in Finland:

Peluri helpline and chat services – information and support around problem gambling.
National crisis and counselling numbers appear on public health websites; reception staff can also supply them.

Visitors from abroad can contact support services back home; staff will help find the right numbers.

Signs that play may be becoming a problem

Common warning signs: spending more time or money than planned, chasing losses, borrowing to play, neglecting responsibilities, or gaming-related anxiety. Talking early with a host or support service can help.

Protection of minors

The gaming floor is closed to under-eighteens. Identification is required. Guests should not leave minors unsupervised in the building's public areas.
