Extra beds Lower floorsEvery room has a writing desk with power outlets, free wireless access, a flat-screen display, a small refrigerator, a kettle and basic tea and coffee supplies. Bathrooms hold a shower, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries restocked daily. Housekeeping runs twice daily on request; otherwise once per day.
A limited number of rooms come with wider doorways, roll-in showers and lowered fixtures. Ask for these when booking. Staff can add help with luggage and orientation on arrival.
Two service levels sit beneath the guest floors, separating them from gaming and dining. Soft corridor flooring and solid-core doors keep outside noise low. Guests wanting the quietest setting can request courtyard-facing rooms.
Reserve rooms via the online form or the reservations team. Check-in normally starts at 15:00. Early arrival works when a clean room is free. Check-out is by 11:00 unless an extended stay was arranged in advance.
