Conditions governing use of this website and stays at Fennia Palace.
Using fenniapalace.online or completing a reservation means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site or make a booking.
The website exists for information and reservation requests. Content can change without notice. Unlawful use, server-overloading scraping, or attempts at unauthorised system access are not allowed.
A reservation request stays unconfirmed until the reservations team sends written confirmation. Confirmation emails list room type, dates, the cancellation window and any special conditions. Rates and availability can change until confirmation is issued.
Valid photo identification is needed at check-in. Guests must be at least eighteen to occupy a room without an accompanying adult. Payment follows the method stated in the confirmation.
Guests are expected to respect other visitors, staff and the property. Disruptive behaviour, damage, or refusing reasonable staff instructions can end the stay with no refund of remaining nights.
Entry is limited to persons eighteen and over with valid identification. Posted floor house rules apply. The operator may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for reasons of safety, order or regulatory compliance.
Within the limits of Finnish law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website or staying at the property, except where liability cannot be excluded. Guests are responsible for personal belongings left in rooms or public areas; a limited lost-property service runs at reception.
Each confirmation email states the cancellation terms. Free-cancellation windows differ by date and room category. No-shows may be charged per the policy attached to the booking.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Finnish courts unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
Questions about these terms may be sent to [email protected].
