Day passes are sold at the wellness reception when space allows. Overnight guests get access with their stay, subject to capacity limits at peak hours.

The wellness wing normally opens at 07:00 and closes at 21:00. Exact times are posted at the entrance and can shift on public holidays. Under-sixteens enter only with an adult and only during designated family hours listed at reception.
Towels are provided. Shower before entering the pools. Outdoor shoes stay in the changing area. Photography is not allowed inside the wellness spaces.
An outdoor deck beside the wellness wing opens in milder weather. Loungers and shade structures are provided. It closes when weather makes outdoor use impractical or when other resort activities need the space.
